About our store

sporttier is an online retail store offering general merchandise through https://sporttier.com. These terms apply to use of our website and orders placed with us. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products, prices and availability

Product descriptions, available options and prices appear on the relevant product pages. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after purchase.

Availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or refund. We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Product images and screen colors may vary; this does not remove your rights if goods are defective or materially different from their description.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation records receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items. We may review orders where payment authorization or order details need clarification.
